My role on your journey is not to tell you what to do or how to live your life. You have all the answers, you are in charge of your life, you are the one in the driving seat.
My role is to help you unlock these answers, to bring them to light. I will be your mirror. I will hold the mirror up so that you can see clearly; sometimes when we are too close, we can’t see the full picture.
My role is to help you find your personal freedom, to help you feel empowered so that you can embrace your uniqueness, to know that you have the tools to deal with life’s challenges as they present themselves to you. I will help you get to the root of what is blocking you, helping you gain a deeper insight, helping you unlock your true desires and your authentic self, so that you can bring your dreams to life and live in peace and harmony with yourself and others.
During our journey together, I will be drawing on my 40+ years, most of them in senior leadership positions in industry in various environments (human resources, change management, personal coaching, mentorship and organisational culture change) and on my 25+ years as a practising Psychotherapist. I will also be drawing on my own personal life journey, with its various challenges, twists and turns that I faced along the way.
You and I will be doing this in a safe, confidential and, above all, a non-judgmental environment.
My promise to you is that I will not judge you, I will give you my full dedication, support and commitment and I will walk closely with you, at your pace, towards your dreams and inner desires.
